- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers’ compensation defense matters
- Maintain and organize case files
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
- Coordinate case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
- Meet yearly billable requirements
- 3+ years of workers’ compensation defense paralegal experience required
- Experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation procedures (New York experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced practice
